How to Stop Diabetes Naturally

Diabetes is sweeping the nation as a wild fire. It is estimated that 1 in 3 people will be diabéticas at some point in their lives. You how sad is that?!
Diabetes is caused by poor nutrition and sobre-peso. Diabetes can be prevented with only eat proper food and exercise. Unfortunately, most people only resort to drugs, such as insulin, to regulate their diabetes. Here is where you do not want to be.
Be a nutritionist certified and Orange County Personal Trainer for the past 17 years, I have worked with many people with diabetes, helping them to achieve in very good shape and put an end to their diabetes.
Here are some great tips to help prevent diabetes:
1 Avoid foods rich in sugars such as refreshments, sweet, and so simple sugar stimuates levels of insulin, making it easier for you to gain weight and become diabetes type II.
2 Avoid flour and baked products. Baked products, such as cookies, cakes, etc, contain flour and sugar, producing insulin waves. Once again, I do not want that.
3. Higher quality protein consumption. Of protein, when combined with carbohydrate, will help to stabilize the insulin levels and at the same time stimulate glucagon, which is to burn fat hormone levels. Therefore, eat more lean meats, breasts chicken, clear egg, fish (salmon, halibut, etc.)
4 Eat many fruits and fibrous vegetables. People simply do not eat enough fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables have healing properties for many in them, that can not be replaced. If you ate enough fruits and vegetables per day, significantly reduce the risk of diabetic. A recent study found that 70 % of u.s. deaths are related to the diet. That’s exactly why we need to emphasise the importance of healthy diets.
5. Exercise. You have to exercise as regular to help promote a better circulation, body, lower cholesterol balance and blood pressure, and of course, to promote healthy weight management.
In summary, if you eat healthy food raw and natural, combined with exercise and maintain a healthy weight, you will be able to prevent diabetes and a disease-free life.

I am particularly interested in finding recipes using Stevia and/or Sun Crystals, Truvia or other mostly natural sweeteners.
Am especially wanting ways to create low-sugar cookies, cakes and other “goodies” to keep myself from indulging in the usual sources of “Special Treats.”
Thank you.
Linda

I have recently been diagnosed as a type II diabetic.
I was an active athelete early in life with great eating habits, but after several knee and back injury 3 kid and a busy wife and life I realized to late that I took my health for granted. Forthe last 20 years I became lacks in my eating and exercise habits .I actively pursued baked goods and wash them down with orange juice.
The doctor put me on Metformin and I began a regular work out program and corrected my eating habits. I lost 30 pounds and have 30 to go. But my blood pressure is good and my A1C is 5 without the medication.
Is there a cure? Can I eat and work myself free of diabeties?
?
The article was called how to stop diabeties not how to prevent. Can I stop it? Must I just learn to live with it?
Hi I loved your article. I believe that it is crucial when discussing diabetes to at least point out natural remedies that have been proven to be effective in controlling high blood sugar. Many natural herbs can be including in a diabetics regimen that can help keep a healthy sugar level.
