  2. I have a bulge right below my neck(turtle neck). I had a bone density test 5 years ago in which I found out I have osteoathristic along my spine.
    I’m 59 years, and weigh about 115+ pounds and I’ve noticed I’ve definintely lost an inch in my height(I’m 5′2″) now.
    I’m rarely in any back pain, but sometimes I feel it alittle along my spine area.
    Do you have any suggestions in how to treat it?
